Lee Stephens, British born, Managing Director of Sol Spa Services, has been based in Asia for 9 years. Prior to establishing Sol Spa Services in June 2009, Lee oversaw the operations and business development of some of the most recognized spas and skin care centres in Hong Kong and was instrumental in the growth of the spas division for the Paua Group.

Joining Paua in 2003, Lee took on the role of Director of the group’s collective spas in Hong Kong, which included the Elemis Day Spa, The Beautiful Skin Centre, and the Victorian Spa at the Disneyland Hotel, Hong Kong. Before his arrival in Hong Kong, Lee traveled the globe working with leading luxury hotels and cruise lines including Cunard, Royal Viking, Holland America Line, Celebrity and Crystal as well as the Spa at Atlantis in Paradise Island.

Through Sol Spa Services, Lee is now focusing his 19 years of industry experience on creating and developing sustainable, innovative and vanguardist spa businesses for his clients within the region. In addition to this his company distributes select niche spa and beauty brands such as Somme Institute, VOYA - Organic Beauty from the sea and Hierbas de Ibiza, Agua de Colonia Fresca.

Lee is an enthusiastic and determined professional who realizes the balance between the finance and business aspects of a wellness and spa organization alongside the need to reach out to clients and guests on a spiritual and emotional level. A fluent Spanish speaker, he is able to integrate his understanding of cultural diversity and accrued years of travel experience into all the projects and challenges he undertakes.
