* Each 2-Day Conference Pass includes:

1. Full access to conference sessions and talks (October 12 & 13, 2011).
2. Scheduled lunches & tea breaks.
3. Dinner pass to The Crystal Awards Asia Pacific 2011 Evening (October 12).

Additional notes:

• Accommodation, alcohol, airport transfers, hotel incidental charges, air tickets, airport taxes and travel/health insurance are NOT included.
• A confirmation letter and invoice/receipt will be issued upon successful booking and payment.
• Cancellations received prior to September 2, 2011 are subject to a 50% cancellation fee based on original payment.
